Dr. Zienzie Dillion is currently the CEO and founder of Global Capital and promoter for the Avid Bank Project. She is also the goodwill Ambassador for the African Union Development Agency to the USA. Dr. Zienzie also sits on the board for Cassava Holdings, Cassava Smarting, which is now Ecocash Holdings listed on the Zimbabwe stock exchange. As a woman who wears many hats, she had so much to share with us on the show most importantly she wants women to show up as them.
How do you show up as a woman? Being in the banking sector for over 35 years, you definitely have to show up.
